DISCLAIMER Do not alter any part of your toy gel blaster as this will void the warranty. Alterations refer to pulling any of the blaster apart or opening it up, changing springs, upgrading the barrel to alloy, upgrading the battery from 7.4v to an 11.v battery or painting the gel blaster.

Standard packing and handling times are between 1-3 Business days and from there, standard shipping times from Brisbane. During peak season, big sales (like 20-30% off) and special occasions such as Christmas and Fathers day there will be delays in shipping and we reserve the right to exceed the above guidelines on occasion.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Australia Post and we will not be held responsible for any items that go missing and can not provide any discounts on new products that must be purchased to replace the missing items. Please call Australia Post if there are any issues with the delivery of your order.
Our contract ends once the order has been collected by Australia Post.

ORDERING FAQ
Ordering with Tactical Edge Hobbies is super easy and safe. Simply add items to your cart, create an account and enter your shipping details, choose your shipping method (pickup, standard postage, express post etc.), review contents of your cart and proceed to payment.
We have imported all of our products under permit from the Queensland police. All of our stock is within Australia and is domestically posted to your location.
At Tactical Edge we understand the importance of getting your items to you as fast as possible. Our team is dedicated to make sure all orders get shipped out on time. We try to get the packages dispatched within 1-3 business days. From there you are in the hands of the postal service. For those in WA it can take about a week to 10 days before you receive your item. Some products we are sell fall under the "Hazardous Goods" category such as Co2 & Green Gas, these products cost more to send and have to be transported by road freight. They will take longer to get to you.
Our cut off time for orders being processed on the same day is 2pm Monday-Friday. All express orders received by 2pm are shipped on the same day (excluding weekends & public holidays)
There may be some circumstances surrounding your order not being sent out such as the payment may still be processing or technical problems etc, but do not worry, our customer service team will keep you informed every step of the way.

At Tactical Edge Hobbies we provide a 30 Day Warranty from purchase.
Our warranty policy is based on what is reasonable and exceeding 30 days, warranty claims will be assessed on a case by case basis to determine if it is reasonable to fix or replace a fault.

Items with "Pre-Order" infront of their name are not in stock, but you can reserve yours by placing an order and paying for it first. As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse, we will ship out the reserved orders in the order we received them. Ore-ordering allows you to reserve items before they arrive so you can get the items you really want.
