How to Set Up a Lay-By

- A complete list of the products you would like to purchase
Our team will create your lay-by order and provide your payment details, payment schedule and final due date.

Add the products you would like to purchase to your online cart and take a screenshot, or prepare a list of the products you would like included.
The minimum lay-by purchase value is $250.
2. Contact Our Team
Email your cart screenshot or product list to info@tacticaledge.com.au, or call us on (07) 3382 7395.
3. Pay Your Deposit
A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase value is required before your lay-by can begin.
4. Make Weekly Payments
Weekly payments must be made directly into the Tactical Edge bank account.
Our bank deposit details and your payment reference will be provided once your lay-by has been created
5. Complete Your Lay-By
Your lay-by must be paid in full within the 10-week lay-by term and by the due date provided.
Your order will only be shipped once the full balance has been received.

Lay-By Terms and Conditions
Minimum Purchase
The minimum purchase value for a Tactical Edge lay-by is $250.
Deposit
A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase value is required when the lay-by is created.
Lay-By Term
All lay-bys have a maximum term of 10 weeks.
The full balance must be paid by the due date provided when your lay-by is created.
Weekly Payments
Weekly payments are required throughout the lay-by term.
Payments must be made directly into the Tactical Edge bank account using the payment reference provided by our team.
Additional Payments
You are welcome to make additional or larger payments at any time during the lay-by term.
You may also pay the remaining balance early.
Order Changes
Once your lay-by order has been created, products cannot be added, removed or exchanged.
Please check your product list carefully before confirming your lay-by.
Shipping
Lay-by orders will not be shipped until the full outstanding balance has been paid.
Standard shipping charges and delivery conditions will apply to your order.
Cancellations and Missed Payments
You may cancel your lay-by by contacting Tactical Edge.
If you cancel your lay-by, or fail to make the required weekly payments, the lay-by may be cancelled.
Any payments received will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the original total purchase value.
