These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Tactical Edge Hobbies Rewards Program powered by Smile.io. By joining the program, customers agree to these terms, along with our general website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

·       The rewards program is available to customers with a registered account on our website.

·       Participants must provide accurate and current account information.

·       We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms.

Earning Points

·       Points may be earned through eligible purchases and other approved actions listed in the rewards program.

·       Points are only awarded on completed, paid, and non-refunded orders.

·       Points may take time to appear in an account after a qualifying action or purchase.

·       We may set earning limits, exclusions, or promotional multipliers at our discretion.

Redeeming Points

·       Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards offered through the program.

·       Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or combined between accounts unless we approve it.

·       Rewards are subject to availability and may have minimum spend or other conditions.

·       Once points are redeemed, the reward may not be reversible except where required by law.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

·       If an order is refunded, cancelled, or reversed, any points earned from that order may be removed from the customer account.

·       If points were already redeemed on an order that is later refunded, we may deduct the redeemed value or adjust the points balance accordingly.

Expiry and Changes

·       Points expire 12 months after they are earned, unless redeemed earlier.

·       Expired points will be automatically removed from the customer account and cannot be reinstated unless required by law.

·       We may change, pause, or end the rewards program, including how points are earned, valued, redeemed, or expired, at any time.

·       We may correct points balances if we identify errors, technical issues, or misuse.

·       Any changes will apply from the date they are published on our website unless otherwise required by law.

Misuse

·       We may cancel points, rewards, or membership if we believe a customer has:

·       created multiple accounts improperly

·       used the program in a misleading, abusive, or fraudulent way

·       breached our website terms or applicable law

Liability

·       To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for technical issues, system outages, delayed points updates, or rewards program interruptions.

·       Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

·       Personal information collected through the rewards program will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

·       We may use customer data to operate, administer, and improve the rewards program.
