What Is an Ex Demo Product?

Ex Demo (ex demonstration) products are units that have been used for display, trade show, or demonstration purposes. These items have been handled and showcased in a retail, wholesale, or promotional setting, but have not been sold or used as end-consumer products.

Supplied "As Is"

All Ex Demo products are sold in "as is" condition. This means the product is supplied in its current state at the time of sale, without modification, reconditioning, or warranty coverage.

By purchasing an Ex Demo product, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following:

• The product may show minor cosmetic wear, including light surface marks, label scuffs, or packaging imperfections consistent with display use.
• The product remains fully functional and meets the same quality and safety standards as standard stock.
• No warranty — express or implied — is provided on Ex Demo/Boneyard units. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for Ex Demo purchases unless the product is found to be defective at the time of receipt.

Ex Demo products are offered at a discounted price to reflect their display history. The discount applied represents fair value for the cosmetic condition of the item. Pricing is final and non-negotiable.
