The Classic Army M16A2 Sportline Series AEG Rifle gel blaster is one of the most ruggedly constructed M16A2 AEGs on the market, with a superior performing full metal gearbox, a metal one-piece outer barrel, and Reinforced Polymer External.
This gel blaster performs amazingly well right out of the box hitting that 320FPS mark.
What sets the Classic Army M16A2 AEGs apart from other M16s on the market are the factory pre-upgrades, such as an improved motor, reinforced internals, and a high-quality nylon fiber full stock that can hold a large battery pack for extended playtime.
The detachable sling swivel gives the user the option of a side-mounted three-point sling. All these features and the overall length of the M16 Gel Blaster make it excellent for outdoor games.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Charging Batteries
Do not leave batteries unattended whilst charging and take off charge when they have completed charging.
When charging the batteries, we recommend charging them between 1-4 hours.
When they are charging the light/s will flash and once it is fully charged, the light/s will turn a solid red or green.
Also once you start to hear the battery getting flat, please recharge it as running it flat can damage the cells.
Soaking & Storage of Gels
When soaking the gels, they need to be absorbed fully submerged in water from the tap for a minimum of 5-6 hours.
Once they have fully grown you can leave them in the water and keep them in or out of the refrigerator.
When you are ready to use them just drain any excess water with a strainer before you feed them into the mag but do not dry them as they need to be lubricated to work properly.
You can store gel balls in a bucket of water with a lid for up to 3 months before they start to go super soft. We recommend that you do this to change the water every couple of weeks.
DISCLAIMER
Do not upgrade any part of your toy gel blaster as this will void the warranty. Upgrades refer to pulling any of the blasters apart or opening it up, changing springs, or upgrading the battery from 7.4v to an 11.v battery.

This blaster is based on the same internal core as the Wells M400 series blasters with improved performance in a shell that sits somewhere between the M400 (NYLON) and M400 (METAL) blasters in construction quality. Viewing this blaster as an upgraded Wells (it uses the same magazines and a mini-Tamiya battery connector) is a sensible place to begin.
If you already have the equipment for a Wells M400, then I can fully recommend this blaster. If you are just starting out and need a blaster coming in at less than $400 (after necessary peripheral purchases -- extra magazines, charger and compatible batteries) I can fully recommend this blaster. If you already have the equipment for another type of blaster, take your time considering what this blaster offers but make your decision based on your needs and budget...
... But if you're looking to make a first purchase before committing to a hefty investment, then this blaster is sadly not the right model for you. You will be better served starting with the Well M400 (NYLON) blasters and investing the difference into the peripheral equipment outlined above. Consider upgrading to this blaster as your second major purpose (this way you'll have two blasters with compatible batteries, charger and magazines!).
The Wells-type magazines can be somewhat fragile.
The performance of this blaster is superb and the quality of construction is no less than to be expected of an upgraded model based on a well established brand.

Great gun just want to know if you can run a 11.1 volt battery?
TETactical Edge Hobbies3 years agoHi Joel, thank you for the review! All classic army's are rated for used with a 7.4v battery so that is the only voltage we recommend. Using a 11.1v battery while technically possible with this product could burnout the motor or electrics inside, which would void your warranty. Hope this helps!
