Pick up allows you to buy online and pick up at the Banyo Store in Brisbane 6 days a week. Simply buy online and select pick up at checkout. 
Pickup is between 10am - 4pm on weekdays and 10am-12pm on Saturdays.
There is a three hour prepping period after you place your order, our team will send you a notification to say your order is ready for collection. 
**If you place your order after 2pm, you will not be able to collect in store on the same day. You will be able to collect your items from 10am the following day. 
If you are not collecting your item on the same day, you can select to collect up to a week later.
**If you do not collect your order within that week, you will be refunded and your item put back into our inventory. 

FAQ

What is Pickup?
  • Pickup allows you to shop online for free pick up at the banyo store 6 days a week. 
  • Just select pickup as the delivery method at checkout.
  • Pickup is between 10am - 4pm on weekdays and 10am-12pm on Saturdays.
  • There is a three hour prepping period after you place your order, our team will send you a notification to say your order is ready for collection or turn up 3 hours after you have placed your order (pending that it is before 4pm)
  • To use our pick up serive you need to spend a minimum of $20 AUD. 
**If you place your order after 2pm, you will not be able to collect in store on the same day. You will be able to collect your items from 10am the following day.
 
My order was confirmed, but I have received a cancellation email saying that an item is out of stock. Why is that?

  • Occasionally when our team members are in the warehouse picking your order, an item may be damaged, missing from the shelves or during peak season, may have sold out. We will only discover this as we are picking your order. In this instance you will receive a cancellation email advising you what has changed from your original order. You will be refunded for the item/s we were not able to provide you. We apologize if this happens - please contact us if you have any issues in relation to this. 
How do I Pick Up my order?
  • When your order is ready for pick up, we will send you an email and/or an SMS with a unique collection code. Please bring photo ID and this collection code with you when you come to pick up your order. 
  • Your order will be available for collection at the Banyo Store. 
  • If you didn't receive a code, please notify us at tehbanyo@gmail.com so we can help resolve the problem. 
What If I can't collect my order? Can I nominate someone else to collect my order?

Family or a close friend can collect your order on your behalf, provided that they have:
  • - A copy of your order collection notification
  • - The order number
  • - Photo ID
  • - And are over the age of 18
If you would like to nominate someone else to collect your order please email us at tehbanyo@gmail.com with your order details and nominated person to collect. 
Why cant I Pick up in all Tactical Edge Stores?
  • Our Banyo location is semi-attached to our online store and can access the orders. None of our other stores have this luxury unfortunately and we apologize for any inconvenience.  
How Long Do You Hold Pick up Orders?
  • Pick up orders will be held up to 7 days from the time you receive your collection code and order number. 
  • And orders not collected within 7 days will be cancelled and refunded.
Can I Pick up all products?
  • Yes, at this stage all our products available on our website can be collected through Pick Up at the Banyo Store.
